1. Data controller

Агротехники & Ко ООД (Agrotehniki & Co Ltd), Industrial Zone North, Karnobat, Bulgaria, email: info@agrotehniki.com (“the Controller”), processes the personal data of visitors to agrotehniki.com in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

2. What data we collect

Only the data you send us yourself through the enquiry form:

• your name, phone number and email;
• the content of your message and the machine you are asking about.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not track your visits.

3. What we use it for

Only to answer your enquiry and send you an offer (legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. How long we keep it

Up to 1 year after our last contact, unless you become a customer — then the data is kept as required by accounting and tax law.

5. Cookies and local storage

• The site remembers in your browser (localStorage) the machines you viewed recently and that you have seen the cookie notice. This data never leaves your device.
• The map on the Contact page loads images from OpenStreetMap, which receives your browser's IP address.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to info@agrotehniki.com — we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia, www.cpdp.bg).
